The individual LED packages (commonly called an LED) alone typically emits a light pattern or beam that is wide (90 to 120 Deg). For luminaire applications requiring specific beam patterns, Permlight offers Brillia LED module solutions that can be used to achieve any desired beam pattern. We have

LED Modules for standard off-the-shelf optics
Brillia offers LED modules that are specifically designed to accept off-the-shelf lenses from Fraen® and Ledil®. Such lenses are available in a variety of beam patterns can help achieve any desired beam from a luminaires. The Brillia LED modules are designed so that the desired standard lenses can be surface mounted on the module over each module. The combination of the output form all lenses used creates the target luminaire beam pattern.

Customized optical solutions for LED modules or luminaires
For luminaires requiring a customized solution for optics, Permlight’s inventive engineering team has the knowledge and experience to work with the manufacturer to develop a customize optical solution which can include diffusion, lensing, reflectors, or any elements necessary to products the desired output.
