Permlight Products Inc. plans to grow with new vice president of business development

Tustin, Calif., November 16, 2011 – Permlight Products Inc. has appointed Robert (Bob) Loewy V.P. of Business Development for its LED light engines division Brillia. Loewy will manage the expansion of Brillia product sales to lighting fixture manufacturers in North America. “Bob’s proven track record of overseeing and negotiating incremental sales growth of lighting products to the industry’s leading luminaire manufacturers makes him a perfect fit for our growth,” said George Preston, CEO. “With a 15 year history, and an installed base of 75 million LEDs, we are entering our next phase of growth utilizing the most collaborative engineering approach in the industry to streamline integration and speed to market for our OEM partners.” Loewy joins Permlight after 28 years experience with Philips Electronics, most recently as Sr. Manager - OEM.
